Tyneside Tech is run by me, Joe. When you get in touch, you deal directly with me from the first message to the visit itself.
I help with the everyday technology people use at home: phones, tablets, laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, smart TVs, doorbells, cameras, repairs and AI tools. The aim is to get things working properly and show you the bits you need to know.

Why Tyneside Tech exists
Home technology can be frustrating when something will not connect, update, charge, print, pair or switch on. Sometimes the problem is small, but it still takes time and patience to work out.
Tyneside Tech exists so people across Tyneside and nearby areas have one local person they can message when they need help with the technology in their home. That might be setting up a new phone, sorting weak Wi-Fi, fitting a video doorbell, repairing a device or showing someone how to use ChatGPT on their own laptop or tablet.
